IN-PERSON CLASSES
After more than a year we are back! Our in person classes meet in one of our two North Hollywood Theaters. We do require proof of vaccination in order to attend in person classes. In accordance with LA county mandates all studio members will be masked while indoors, except while on stage.

The directing classes at Stuart Rogers Studios are all taught by award winning directors. Like our acting classes our directing classes are tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of each director.
The Audition Class
If your work does not consistently flat-out rock when you're auditioning, you have no one to blame for being unemployed but yourself.
The audition class is an in-depth acting class focused on auditioning. We target the kind of auditions you are going out for (or should be going out for) be it co-star, guest star, series regulars or leads in films, and the instructor ensures that you find a confident approach that will lead you to story accurate, in-depth, fully committed auditions.
TEACHER TRAINING AT STUART ROGERS’ STUDIOS
This 8-week workshop offers a unique experience for working acting teachers, and those interested in teaching acting. In this workshop we tear up every accepted acting convention and explore together the most effective ways we can to help actors. It doesn't matter if you are teaching Method, Chekhov, Meyerhold, Adler, or Meisner; our inclusive workshop seeks the binding truths under the particular acting philosophy. This is a room dedicated to introspection, and expression, communication, and deliberation all centered in the profoundly unique experience of teaching acting.

SELF-TAPE LABORATORY
(This is a 6 week class): Love them or hate them, self-taped auditions are here to stay. In this fully comprehensive class, we deal with everything from the technical challenges, such as lighting, sound, etc. to the unique challenges that get in the way of our artistic process like no time to prepare, sides with little information, unclear breakdowns that do more harm than good, unhelpful readers etc. Whatever is in the way, blocking an authentic expressive audition, must be dealt with!
